READ

get_repository

One repository by id, with its provider, owner, name, default branch, address, privacy, component and disconnected stamp.

Return one repository of a project: the provider, the owner and name as the provider spells them, the full name, the branch releases are cut from, the address to clone from, whether it is private, the component it builds, who registered it and whether it is set aside. Read it when a story, a release or a deployment names a repository you need the details of, or to follow a repository id from a listing.

A repository of a project the token may not see, or any repository read through a guest token, is unknown rather than forbidden.

Requires ability

The token behind the MCP session must hold it, or the call is refused with TOKEN_MISSING_ABILITY.

Runs the same action as

The REST endpoint and this tool share one action, so validation, permissions and events are identical.
