People Tools

The people of a project: the stakeholders it answers to (the client's sponsor, product owner and approvers, Zuse's own leads, third parties, each with a side, a role, a weight and the approvals that name them) and the personas it is built for (named, sketched users with goals, frustrations and habits, the "as a …" of every story).

These tools read both as the token sees them, a guest's token without the stakeholders' contact details, ratings and notes; and, for a staff token, add and change both (create_stakeholder, update_stakeholder, create_persona, update_persona) and remove one after a confirmation; an approval policy names the stakeholder seats through update_approval_policy.
