get_decision

One decision by id, with its reference, kind, title, context, the options weighed, what was decided, consequences, status, the day decided, deciders and the decision it supersedes.

Return one decision: its reference, kind, title, the context it was taken in, the options weighed in order with their pros and cons, what was decided, what follows, where it stands, the day it was decided, who decided and the earlier decision it replaces. Read it when a story, a context pack or a conversation names a decision by reference and you need the exact choice and its reasoning before you build on it.

A decision of a project the token may not see, or any decision read through a guest token, is unknown rather than forbidden.

Requires ability

The token behind the MCP session must hold it, or the call is refused with TOKEN_MISSING_ABILITY.

The REST endpoint and this tool share one action, so validation, permissions and events are identical.

Annotations

Read-only

It reads and never changes anything.

Arguments
