list_baselines
Lists a project's baselines in the project's order with their kind, status, version, clocks and record count, narrowed by kind, status or words; a guest token sees the frozen baselines only.
Read the baselines of a project before you touch its planning record. Each row is a named set of approved records frozen together, with kind (scope, release, sprint or milestone), status from draft to superseded, frozen and locks_items, the version (0 while never approved, 1 once the team froze it, 2 once the client signed), the clocks and item_count. Narrow with kind, status or search (words the name must contain) and page with limit and page. A record a frozen baseline holds is locked: an edit, a move, a delete or a restore of it is refused with BASELINE_LOCKED until an approved change request unlocks it, so read the baselines first and raise the change request rather than retrying the write. A client guest's token sees the frozen baselines only; the records a baseline holds come with get_baseline.
Requires ability
The token behind the MCP session must hold it, or the call is refused with TOKEN_MISSING_ABILITY.
Runs the same action as
The REST endpoint and this tool share one action, so validation, permissions and events are identical.
