get_test_case
One test case by id, with its reference, title, suite, objective, preconditions, kind, priority, automation, owner, status, data, environment, last result and its steps in order.
Return one test case with its steps: the reference, the title, the suite it is filed in, what it proves and what must be true before it starts, its kind and priority, how it is run and by which test, how long it takes, who owns it, its status, the data and environment it needs, the last result it gave, and steps in order. Each step says what the tester does (action), what should happen (expected) and the data it uses (test_data). Walk the steps in order when you implement what a case checks, so the code satisfies what the tester will walk; read the automation reference when you write or fix the test that runs it.
A case of a project the token may not see, or a draft read through a guest token, is unknown rather than forbidden.
Requires ability
The token behind the MCP session must hold it, or the call is refused with TOKEN_MISSING_ABILITY.
