These tools read the registry as the token sees it, never for a guest token, so an agent clones, branches and names repositories the way the team does; and register, change and remove them (create_repository, update_repository, delete_repository); connecting the provider stays in the application, and the Git integration will add the branches, commits and pull requests that link work items to code.
