get_raid_item
One RAID item by id, with its reference, kind, title, description, area, probability, impact and score, mitigation and contingency, owner and raiser, dates, dependency and status.
Return one entry of a project's RAID log: its reference, kind (risk, assumption, issue or dependency), title, description, the area it touches, the probability and the impact and the score they give, how a risk is mitigated and what happens if it occurs, who owns it and who raised it, when it is due or next reviewed, what a dependency depends on and where it stands. Read it when a story, a sprint or a conversation names an item by reference and you need what the team already decided about it.
An item of a project the token may not see, or any item read through a guest token, is unknown rather than forbidden.
Requires ability
The token behind the MCP session must hold it, or the call is refused with TOKEN_MISSING_ABILITY.
Runs the same actions as
The REST endpoint and this tool share one action, so validation, permissions and events are identical.
Annotations
It reads and never changes anything.
