list_raid_items

A project's RAID log in the project's order, with reference, kind, title, area, probability, impact and score, mitigation and contingency, owner and raiser, dates, dependency and status; never for a guest token.

Return the RAID log of one project: the risks (what may happen, how likely and how bad, with the mitigation and the contingency), the assumptions the plan rests on, the issues hurting now and the dependencies on others, each with its reference (such as CRM-RSK-4, whatever the kind), kind, title, description, area, the ratings and the score they give, owner and raiser, due or review date, what a dependency depends on and its status. Read it before you plan, size or promise a date, so the risks and the dependencies the team already knows shape the answer, and name items by their reference when you report.

Optional filters narrow the page to one type, one status, one category, the items one owner_id owns, or the items whose reference, title or dependency contain search. The log is internal: a guest token is refused.

Requires ability

The token behind the MCP session must hold it, or the call is refused with TOKEN_MISSING_ABILITY.

The REST endpoint and this tool share one action, so validation, permissions and events are identical.
