list_links
Every link that touches one artefact, both ends named with their keys and titles, each read from the artefact's side; never for a guest token.
Return every link that touches one artefact, newest first, whatever the side it was made from: each with its kind, the phrase read from the source (such as implements) and the inverse_phrase read from the target (is implemented by), the two ends' types, ids, keys and titles, and the note. Read it before you implement or test an artefact, to find the requirements a story implements, the rules it must honour, the decisions it builds on and the items it depends on or blocks; name the ends by their keys when you report.
The artefact is named by artefact_type (epic, work-item, requirement, business-rule, use-case, raid-item, decision, data-entity or glossary-term) and artefact_id. A link whose other end is gone is left out. The links are internal: a guest token is refused.
Requires ability
The token behind the MCP session must hold it, or the call is refused with TOKEN_MISSING_ABILITY.
Runs the same action as
The REST endpoint and this tool share one action, so validation, permissions and events are identical.
Annotations
