create_label
Adds a word the project pins on its work items, with a colour and a meaning.
Add a label to a project: project_id and name (1 to 60 characters, unique within the project) are required; color is one of the palette's names (zinc by default) and description says what the label means. The label is written through the same action the backlog's label manager runs and label.created goes out. Pin it on an item with create_work_item or update_work_item. A staff token with work-item:update on the project is needed.
Requires ability
The token behind the MCP session must hold it, or the call is refused with TOKEN_MISSING_ABILITY.
Runs the same action as
The REST endpoint and this tool share one action, so validation, permissions and events are identical.
Fires one event
Delivered to every endpoint subscribed to it once the change is made.
