Appearance
Pick light mode, dark mode or your device's own setting for the application, on the device you are using.
By the end of this page you will know how to set the colour scheme of the application and where the choice is kept.
Appearance settings live under Settings → Appearance. The same Light and Dark switch sits at the bottom of the sidebar on every page, so you rarely need the settings page for it.
The three options
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Light | Always the light theme. |
| Dark | Always the dark theme. The application starts in dark mode until you choose otherwise. |
| System | Follows whatever the device is set to, and switches when the device does. |
Change the scheme
- Open Settings → Appearance.
- Pick Light, Dark or System.
- The change applies immediately. There is nothing to save.
The choice is kept in the browser you made it in, not on your account. A second device, or a different browser on the same device, keeps its own setting; pick again there.
