Profile
Keep the name, email address and job title on your account accurate, and verify a new address after you change it.
By the end of this page you will know what the profile form changes, who sees each field, and what happens when you change the address you sign in with.
Profile settings live under Settings → Profile. Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, choose Account Settings, and the profile page opens first.
Before you begin
| You need | Why |
|---|---|
| A signed-in session | Every settings page is yours alone; nobody edits another person's profile. |
| Access to your inbox | A changed email address must be verified before the verified-only pages open again. |
Update your details
- Open Settings → Profile.
- Change your Name, Email or Job title.
- Press Save Changes. A short confirmation appears beneath the button and the change applies at once across the application.

What happens when you change your email address
Your email address is also your sign-in identifier, so a new address is treated as unproven until you click a link sent to it.
- The new address is saved immediately and a verification email goes to it.
- Your account is marked unverified. You stay signed in, but the pages that require a verified address send you to the verification notice until the link is clicked. The settings pages stay open so you can correct a typo.
- Open the email at the new address and follow the link. It lives for a day and works once; an expired link lands on a page that sends a fresh one.
- Sign-in now expects the new address. The old one no longer works.
If the verification email does not arrive, check the spam folder of the new address, then press Click here to re-send the verification email beneath the Email field. One email a minute is sent per address.
Managing
There is no avatar upload yet; the application shows your initials. Deleting an account is a workspace admin's action, because projects, approvals and time logs stay attributed to the person who made them.
