Alert Destinations API

An alert destination is a place your alerts go: your email address or the Telegram chat linked to your account. Each destination carries the classes of alert it receives (approvals, assignments, mentions, planning, sprints, code, testing, releases, deployments, incidents, support, security, digest, onboarding, budget), or every class when classes is null. The app shows the same grid under Account Settings → Notifications.

These routes are about the caller's own account, so they live under /v1/me and need no project or team in the path.
