Teams API

A team is the tenant: the container every project, role, group, token and webhook endpoint hangs off. Zuse Technologies itself is a team, and more can be created for a department or a client account. Every token names one team through the scope:team:<uuid> ability it was minted with, and these endpoints let you read and manage the teams your account can act on.

The owner is the person who created the team. Ownership is not a membership row: the owner cannot be re-roled or removed, and renaming or deleting the team is theirs alone. Every write announces itself as a team.* event.
