Stakeholders API

A stakeholder is a person the project answers to: the client's sponsor and product owner, the people who sign off requirements, UAT runs and releases, Zuse's own account manager or architect, and third parties such as an auditor or a vendor.

A stakeholder is a person the project answers to: the client's sponsor and product owner, the people who sign off requirements, UAT runs and releases, Zuse's own account manager or architect, and third parties such as an auditor or a vendor. Each row carries the side they speak for, their role, how much weight their word carries and how closely they follow the project, their default letter in a RACI matrix, and four flags that say which approvals and reports name them. A stakeholder is a row on the record, not an account; when they sign in as a guest, user_id links the row to the account that decides.

The reads here see the stakeholders of the projects the token may see. A client guest's token reads every stakeholder of its project without the contact details, the ratings, the notes and the linked account, which are left out of the payload rather than nulled. A stakeholder outside that set is a 404 RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND, never a 403. Every write runs the same action the Stakeholders page runs, under the project permissions, and announces itself as a stakeholder.* event.
