The files pinned on a project's artefacts: a file uploaded and a file removed. A document store that mirrors the project's files and a scanner that checks each upload subscribe to this family; the bytes are fetched over the API with a token that may read them.
Every event in the family is scoped to the project, so project_id in the envelope is always set and an endpoint confined to one project receives only that project's events. The payloads carry the artefact, the file's name, size and kind and who uploaded it, never the bytes or a URL: read the attachments endpoint for the download endpoint.
