link.* events

The links between a project's artefacts: a link made and a link removed. A traceability mirror, a wiki that draws the dependency graph and the people's notifications subscribe to this family.

Every event in the family is scoped to the project, so project_id in the envelope is always set and an endpoint confined to one project receives only that project's events. The payloads carry the two ends by type and id and the kind, never the artefacts themselves. Read the links endpoint for both ends' keys and titles.
