A project's label vocabulary: a label added, rewritten and removed.
A project's label vocabulary: a label added, rewritten and removed. A board that mirrors the backlog's colours and a report that groups by label subscribe to this family; which items carry which label travels with the work item events.
Every event in the family is scoped to the project, so project_id in the envelope is always set and an endpoint confined to one project receives only that project's events. The payloads carry the word and the colour, enough to redraw a chip without reading the label back.
