research.* events

The life of a research run: Heimdall asked to read a project's domain, done with notes and suggestions, or failed. A dashboard that follows how a project's context fills up and a bot that nudges the analyst when the notes land subscribe to this family.

Every event in the family is scoped to the project, so project_id in the envelope is always set and an endpoint confined to one project receives only that project's events. The payloads carry ids and counts, never the notes: read the research endpoint for those. The suggestions a run leaves are kept or dismissed like a brief import's, with the import.suggestion_* events.
