The approval request behind each move announces itself in the approval.* family as well.
Every event in the family is scoped to the project, so project_id in the envelope is always set and an endpoint confined to one project receives only that project's weeks. The payloads carry the ids, the week's Monday and the tallies, never the logs; read the timesheets endpoint for the week and the time logs endpoint for what it holds.
